1. The marketplace

Kavix operates a platform where independent sellers list products and buyers purchase them. Except where we say otherwise, Kavix is not the seller of record and is not the manufacturer. Contract for the product is between buyer and seller. Kavix provides listing tools, checkout, messaging with support, and dispute handling described in our help pages.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be old enough to form a contract in your country. Sellers must pass identity (KYC) checks we request. You are responsible for all activity under your login. Tell us immediately if you lose access. We may refuse, suspend, or close an account that is false, abusive, or illegal.

3. Listings and prices

Catalog data may come from our storehouse. Sellers choose which items to offer. The displayed listing price is the company (base) price plus that seller’s commission percentage for their package (Silver, Gold, or Diamond). That total is what the buyer pays for the product before any shipping line shown at checkout. Stock, photos, and descriptions can change. We may correct obvious pricing errors and cancel an order that cannot be fulfilled at the stated price.

A compared “original” price is shown only when it is higher than the current listing price. Strikethrough prices are not a promise of a previous transaction at that amount in every market.

4. Orders and payment

An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when payment succeeds and the seller (or Kavix on their behalf) confirms. We may decline orders that look fraudulent, exceed quantity limits, or ship to a blocked destination. You authorize the payment method you select. Promotional codes have their own rules and can expire.

5. Shipping

Delivery windows are estimates. Risk of loss generally passes according to the listing and carrier scan events. Import tax and duties are the buyer’s unless the listing says they are included. More detail is in Shipping Info, which forms part of these terms for fulfillment expectations.

6. Returns and refunds

Returns follow Returns & Refunds. Statutory rights in your country are not removed. Chargebacks filed without contacting us first may delay a goodwill refund while the payment network investigates.

7. Seller obligations

• List only products you are allowed to sell. No counterfeits, stolen goods, or banned categories.
• Keep stock and handling time accurate. Ship with tracking when the order requires it.
• Honor approved returns and do not ask buyers to pay off-platform.
• Pay any fees in your package. Commission is earned on completed, non-refunded sales as described in Seller Center.
• Comply with consumer, tax, product-safety, and advertising law in the places you ship.

We may remove listings, withhold payouts that are disputed, or terminate a shop. Withheld funds may be used to cover refunds, chargebacks, or fines.

8. Buyer conduct

Do not abuse returns, submit false reviews, harass sellers, or attempt to reverse-engineer the site. Reviews must reflect a genuine experience. We may edit or remove content that is unlawful or off-topic.

9. Prohibited activities

• Scraping, bulk harvesting of prices, or overloading our servers.
• Circumventing KYC, sanctions screening, or security controls.
• Uploading malware or attempting to access another user’s account.
• Using Kavix to launder money or trade in illegal items.

10. Intellectual property

Kavix logos, layout, and software belong to us or our licensors. Sellers grant us a license to display their photos and text to operate the catalog. If you believe a listing infringes your copyright or trademark, send a notice through Support with URLs and proof of rights. We may remove content while we review.

11. Disclaimer

The site is provided “as is.” We do not warrant uninterrupted access, that every listing is accurate, or that a seller will perform. Product warranties, if any, come from the seller or manufacturer unless we sell an item in our own name.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Kavix is not liable for lost profits, data, or indirect damages. Our total liability for a claim related to the site is limited to the greater of USD 100 or the amounts you paid to Kavix in the three months before the claim (excluding amounts paid onward to sellers for products). Some places do not allow these limits; there they apply only as far as permitted. Nothing here limits liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence where that cannot be excluded.

13. Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify Kavix against claims that arise from your listings, your content, your breach of these terms, or your violation of law, except to the extent we caused the harm.

14. Changes and termination

We may change features or these terms. The date above will change. If you continue to use Kavix after an update, you accept it. You may stop using the site and request account closure. We may terminate access immediately for serious breach.

15. General

If a section is unenforceable, the rest remains. These terms are the full agreement for the site, together with Privacy Policy and the help pages we expressly incorporate. They are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction we designate in a future registered-entity notice; until then, disputes that cannot be resolved through Support may be brought in courts that have authority over Kavix and you. You may have additional mandatory rights as a consumer that this document cannot override.
