Shipping Info

Sellers ship from different countries. This page covers typical delivery windows, free shipping, tracking, and delayed parcels.

How shipping works

Kavix is a marketplace, not a single warehouse. Each seller packs and hands the order to a carrier. Processing time is usually 1–3 business days after payment clears. Transit time starts when the carrier scans the parcel. Weekends and public holidays in the origin or destination country can add a day or two.

Typical delivery windows

These are estimates after the seller ships, not guarantees. Customs, weather, and remote addresses can extend them.

  • Domestic (same country as the seller): 3–7 business days.
  • Regional (nearby countries): 7–14 business days.
  • International: 10–25 business days, longer if customs holds the parcel.
  • Remote islands and rural routes: add 3–10 business days.

A listing may show a more specific range. That range wins when it is narrower or longer than the table above.

Free shipping

Many listings include free shipping. The product card shows Free Shipping when the seller covers standard delivery. Free shipping still requires a deliverable address. Extra-remote or oversized items may show a shipping fee at checkout. Orders over $49 often qualify for free standard shipping when the seller participates in that offer; the cart total and listing flags are the source of truth.

What we need from you

  • Full name, street, city, region, postal code, and country.
  • A phone number the carrier can use for customs or delivery attempts.
  • Apartment, floor, or landmark if the courier cannot find the building.

You are responsible for duties, VAT, or import tax your country charges unless the listing says they are included. Refused parcels at customs are not an automatic refund of duties you already paid to your government.

Tracking

When the seller uploads a tracking number, it appears on the order and in email. First scans can take 24–48 hours. If tracking never moves after the seller’s handling time plus three business days, message the seller, then Support if there is no update.

Multiple packages

Cart items from different sellers ship separately. Each order line can have its own tracking and delivery date. Wait for every seller before you assume something is missing.

Delays and lost parcels

If the estimated window has passed:

  1. Check tracking and your building’s reception or locker.
  2. Ask neighbors or the post office if a card was left.
  3. Contact the seller with the order number.
  4. After 7 days past the latest estimate with no delivery, open Support. We can start a lost-parcel case. Outcomes include a reship or a refund under Returns & Refunds.

A “delivered” scan to the wrong address is treated as a delivery investigation. Photos of the empty doorstep and a police or carrier report help when we ask for them.

P.O. boxes and military addresses

Some sellers cannot ship to P.O. boxes, pack stations, or APO/FPO addresses. If checkout warns you, choose a street address or another listing.

Sellers: packing and handover

Ship within the time shown in Seller Center. Use sturdy packaging, mark fragile items, and upload tracking the same day you drop off. Late shipment without a reason can lead to buyer cancellation, refunds, and limits on your shop.
