Getting started

Kavix is a global marketplace at kavixglobalshop.com. Shoppers browse products from verified sellers. Sellers list items from the storehouse, take orders, and request payouts from Seller Center.

Create an account

Open Register and enter your email.
Confirm the email link we send you.
Complete your profile. Sellers also submit KYC (selfie and ID photos).
After approval, sign in and start shopping or listing.

Buyers can browse without an account. You need an account to place orders, save a wishlist, or sell.

Shopping

Find a product

Use the search bar for a name, brand, or keyword.
Open Categories in the header or Shop By Categories on the home page.
Filter by brand, price, deals, new arrivals, or wholesale where available.

Prices you see

The price on a listing is the amount you pay for that seller. It already includes that seller’s commission on the company (storehouse) price. A gray strikethrough price appears only when the item is on sale for less than the original listing price.

Place an order

Open the product, choose quantity, and add it to cart.
Review items, shipping address, and payment method.
Submit the order. You will get an email when the seller confirms it.

Track status from your account after you sign in. Delivery times depend on the seller and destination. See Shipping Info for typical windows.

Payments

Kavix accepts major cards and other methods shown at checkout (Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and crypto where enabled). Payment is processed when you confirm the order. We do not store full card numbers on our servers. Failed payments can be retried with another method. If money left your account but the order did not confirm, wait a few minutes then contact Support with the last four digits of the card and the time of the attempt.

Selling on Kavix

Sellers choose a package (Silver, Gold, or Diamond). Commission is a percentage of the company price, added on top to make the listing price. Example: company price $50 and Diamond 35% means the seller earns $17.50 and the shopper pays $67.50.

Silver: 20% seller commission, listing limits per package.
Gold: 30% seller commission, higher listing limits.
Diamond: 35% seller commission, unlimited listings on Diamond.

Add products from the storehouse, keep stock accurate, and ship on time. Payouts follow completed orders minus any refunds. Package details are on Seller Guide and Fees & Payouts under Sell on Kavix.

Account and security

Use a strong password. Use Forgot password on the login page if you are locked out.
Never share your verification or password reset code with anyone.
Update your shop name and phone in your profile. Enter payout details when you request a withdrawal.
Banned accounts cannot sell or withdraw. Contact Support if you believe this is a mistake.

Common problems

I did not get a verification email

Check spam and wait a few minutes. Confirm the address is spelled correctly. Request a new code from the register flow. Corporate filters sometimes block messages; try another inbox.

The product is out of stock after I ordered

The seller or Kavix will cancel or offer a replacement. If you were charged, a refund follows the Returns & Refunds policy.

Package never arrived

Confirm the address on the order. Ask the seller for tracking. If the window in Shipping Info has passed, open a Support request with the order number.
