Shipping times and what to expect

Kavix does not run one giant warehouse. Each seller packs their own orders. Processing is often one to three business days. Transit then depends on whether the parcel is domestic, regional, or long-haul international.

As a rule of thumb: same-country deliveries often land in under a week after ship date. Cross-border orders commonly take one to three weeks. Customs can add time that nobody on the marketplace controls. If a listing prints a tighter window, believe the listing.

Free Shipping on a card means standard delivery is included for eligible addresses. Oversized or remote destinations can still show a fee at checkout. Always keep the phone number on the order accurate — carriers use it for customs and failed-delivery calls.
