Returns in practice: a 30-day guide

What to photograph, who pays the label, and when a refund hits your card.

Most unused items can come back within 30 days of delivery. Start the return from your order — do not drop a mystery box at a warehouse without approval. Include the reason and photos if the item is damaged or not as described.

Change of mind usually means you pay return postage. Defects, wrong items, and not-as-described cases usually mean we or the seller cover the label. Keep hygiene seals on cosmetics and similar goods; opened personal-care items are often not returnable.

Refunds go to the original payment method after the return is received or confirmed. Banks can take several business days to show the credit. Shipping you paid is refunded when the return is our fault. Partial refunds happen if the item comes back incomplete or damaged in transit.

Cancellations before the seller ships are simpler than returns. Once a carrier has the parcel, wait for delivery (or a confirmed loss) and then use the return or lost-parcel path. The Returns & Refunds page is the policy we apply in Support tickets.
